Program Description

The research associate will participate in Supernova cosmology expert specializing in near-infrared analysis as well as peculiar velocity corrections. The candidate is expected to be proficient in python and familiar with the supernova analysis package, SNANA. This person will work on preparing for future telescopes and surveys by analyzing the effects from interstellar dust. This candidate is also expected to be able to assist other researchers on their analysis in supernova surveys

This position requires a Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate.
