Program Description
The Department of Romance Studies at Duke University is seeking an Instructor in Spanish Studies for a one-year position beginning Fall 2024. We welcome scholars with superior linguistic proficiency in Spanish and a clear research agenda, and who have demonstrated teaching excellence and commitment to diversity in their teaching. A Ph.D. is required and must be completed at the time of hire/appointment. Applicants will teach five advanced undergraduate courses in Spanish Literature and Culture.
