This is an application form for students interested in participating in the summer school on spectral independence at the University of California, Santa Barbara. The school runs from Monday, August 8, 2022 to Friday, August 12, 2022. Funding is provided for on-campus lodging and meals.

Include your CV and the contact info for your research advisor. (No need for a letter for postdocs and faculty.)

Depending on the number of applicants, there may be a small amount of travel support available (for domestic travel). If you have no funding available then please include a cover letter to indicate that this is the case and ask your advisor to confirm in their letter.
